Log into your SACK'S account and select the items you wish to return from your order history to generate a Return Authorization number.

Pack Your Items

Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact and undamaged.

Attach Shipping Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

Receive Your Refund

Once our quality control team inspects the returned garments, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
